Today up in HKB Meng’s Martial Arts in Dayton Ohio with G.M. Lin, today’s seminar was the on the 18 Lohan hands. The 18 Lohan is more of a san sao format of teaching. This enables the student to work on the mechanics of the techniques and then immediately apply it in application. The Bia Jong concept is very deep, still need to work on that. We Talk about many concepts including create the bridge before crossing the water, not crossing the water without the Bridge and of many more. Getting ready to hand out certificates, then dinner, then organizational meeting as well as more Instructors training. via The Official Shaolin HKB
