Training in Wing Chun or any other type of martial art in Orange County consists of a multitude of forms and techniques. People from different schools all have their own way of training and every training method is debatable as to which one is the best. Martial arts training in theory is only as good as the what the practitioner gets out of it. If two martial arts schools in orange county train the same way but teach with two different methodologies, one school may produce stronger students(strength wise) while the other school might result in students with better understanding (better kung fu). Orange County Martial arts imitator or practitioner? The point here is no matter what style of martial art, (Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Karate, or Taekwondo, MMA etc) and no matter where you are from ( Orange County, Los Angeles, southern California) as long as you understand your training you are training correctly. Do not be the person who is going to class copying the instructor and just going through the motions. As a martial artist, you need to understand your art. Without the understanding, you become an imitator rather than a practitioner. So get out, understand your art and practice what you learn with passion and excitement!
